DOUBLE DECKER TOUR BUS IN CALABAR? YAAAAYYYY!!!!!

Yayyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!! Guys, here is something very fresh from the source!!!

THERE’S NEWS GUYS!!! As I present this post, I'm grinning from ear to ear because my favourite tour company, NovaRosta is set to launch Africa's 1st indigenous Double Decker Tour Service in Calabar this Friday, the 10th of October.

Some of the popular sightseeing brands you see around the world include either City Sightseeing or the Big Bus Tour brand. Like everywhere else in the world, we have City Sightseeing operating in South Africa but NovaRosta, a private company resident in Calabar took the plunge and decided to introduce Nigeria's freshest and dynamic tour brand known as the NovaRosta DD Tours or DD Tours as it is commonly referred to.

Its a few days to the launch of DD Tours where the beautiful bright yellow bus will be hosted to a press conference full of industry personalities and an Inaugural tour which will flag off operations for the DD TOURS service.

DD TOUR BUS services have been carefully crafted to suit the Nigerian Tourism Market, while still observing strict international standards and policies. The brand’s three main service focus are:

- Sightseeing Tours

- Mobile Advertising

- Charter Services for special groups.

These have been designed to complement tourist/destination services in Calabar and Nigeria at large.

DD TOURS will be open for business from the 10th of October. When next you're visiting Calabar, don't miss a ride on the bus!!!

You bet NovaRosta!!! Wooohoooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BACK TO BUSINESS!!!

Hello Friends,

How are you all doing? I missed you and I hope KNOW you missed me too :)
My apologies for not posting in a while and it should be easy to blame this on time, or perhaps writer’s block, but I’ve learnt that no wise person puts his hands on the plough and looks back.

I AM A WISE WOMAN, so here you have me, ‘Back to Business’!!!

I appreciate every single person who took out time to check on Colourmeamba with concerns and requests for Tuesday blog posts. It made me really glad. Thank you so much.

Now, today’s theme is not dedicated to me, but to a business idea which perceived the opportunity to bring a large group of people ‘Back to Business’. Business as usual slowed for this group of people as they watched competition pull the rug from under their feet. These are the many shop owners at the popular OTIGBA MARKET, COMPUTER VILLAGE, Ikeja, Lagos.

On Tuesday, the 22nd of April 2014, a new platform tagged: “MyComputerVillage.com,” was launched, born out of passion to boost electronic commerce in Nigeria, improve customer engagement, increase patronage, and above all and retain over 6,000 shops and 18,000 businesses. The Two-day event witnessed the introduction of a virtual market space for IT Merchants and technicians at the Computer Village, Ikeja. With such e-space, following a monthly or annual rental fee, entrepreneurs and businesses who currently have shops in Computer Village have been offered the opportunity to effectively showcase their products and company brand to prospective buyers via an online shop.

For many shop owners at the famous IT market, the excitement could not be contained as they realized they could compete again in the market space and indeed get “Back to Business”.

Photos of the launch have been added below:

MyComputerVillage.com is launched by Eknowvate Solutions LTD in conjunction with the executives of the Computer and Allied Products Dealers Association of Nigeria (CAPDAN).
